Pops, when we were last in Iowa, sent two coolers of meat back to Texas with us. We were very thankful, because there is no beef that’s more better than grass-fed Iowa beef from your own backyard. (I know that was bad grammar, gramps, I did it on purpose.)
Because I have little faith, I was unsure if all that beef would fit in our freezer. It did…just barely.
As you can see, it’s stacked pretty wicked high. It’s like that on the other side, too, but I didn’t think you’d care to look at frozen dead cow any more than you had to. Suffice it to say, the entire back half of the freezer is stuffed with meat, from the top to the bottom of our little freezer.
I made t-bones last night for dinner. Yummmm…it was so tasty.
Thanks Pops!
