Yay, I’m posting today!  I’ll stay in the NaBloPoMo club!  (That’s where you post every day in November as a part of this blogging initiative…people who are successful can win prizes/notoriety.  I’m all about both.)

Thanks to The Kid for guest posting yesterday.  I was a little bit chained to my kitchen…I started making beef broth at 3:00, then I decided to add chicken broth into the mix and, well…I finished the whole project at 10:30.  It got a little bit out of control.

Anyways, we’re off to 7:22 here in a little bit, but I just thought I’d say hi.
