On Monday at my parents house, we ran out of creamer right before brunch. Did you read that? RAN OUT OF COFFEE CREAMER.

So I grabbed my iPhone and asked the Google if it was possible to make creamer from pantry ingredients.

Guess what.

It is.

It’s tasty, too!! If you would like to whip up a batch, here is the recipe and the two variations I made.

14 oz whole milk
14 oz sweetened condensed milk

Whisk these two together until your arm hurts. At that point, it’s probably sufficiently combined.

I made two flavors and poured half into washed out creamer containers we had just emptied. Into the first I added 1 tablepoon of Dutch process cocoa and 1/2 tablespoon peppermint extract and shook it like I owned it. (Technically my parents owned it.) Voila! Peppermint mocha creamer!!

Into the other bottle, I poured 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla. *shakeshakeshake* BAM! Vanilla creamer just like that.

1 down, 29 to go!
